Marshall L. Henley is an Executive Consultant based out of the firm’s St. Louis office. Marshall leads Stunsl business development. He has started three businesses and implemented franchising for an international training company. His broad management experience over 23 years ranges from managing a $20MM company in Detroit to serving as Executive Director of a non-profit in the Midwest.

Notable and varied accomplishments during Marshall’s career: annual revenue increases of 100% starting from $12 million  at a regional technology company, leading sales at a computer training company from start-up to a dominant share within the Houston market within six months, and leading the turnaround of a non-profit organization.

Marshall has focused his consulting practice on implementing competitive marketing strategies and successful sales growth plans to enable clients to achieve market position and share goals. He serves clients in both manufacturing and service industries.

Prior to entering the Management Consulting profession, Marshall gained executive sales and marketing experience in business services, information technology consulting, and adult learning industries. In those roles he developed expertise in business development, channel management, brand positioning, CRM and growth-oriented performance improvement.

I have half-a-dozen hobbies, but the three I seem to come back time again are hunting, building and flying huge radio control aircraft, and gourmet food/cooking/entertaining.”
