A health care provider was concerned about diminishing sales revenues and didn't have an understanding about why they were decreasing.  They hired Stunsl to identify the causes of the decline and develop strategies to reverse the trend.  
 
In Disovery, we evaluated company data, interviewed key leaders, and surveyed related practitioners to identify the cause of the decline.  After the cause was understood, we developed a marketing plan to increase revenues by focusing upon increasing the number of patients referred to the provider from other doctors.  We worked with the client to implement the marketing plan, which included expanding portions of their offering and a communications plan.
 
The client is now implementing our recommendations and experiencing positive patient load trends and revenue results.
