The Stunsl Group’s supply chain auditing practice was established in 2007 at the request of one of its clients. Stunsl is now one of two approved 3rd party auditing / assessment service provider for one of the largest OEMs in the semiconductor equipment industry. The auditing / assessment practice utilizes the Standardized Supplier Quality Assessment (SSQA) tool developed by Sematech. The tool is a combination of ISO 9001, the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, and Motorola Quality System Review and provides a consistent approach for evaluating a company’s operational strengths and opportunities for improvement. The tool is also often used by Stunsl on new client engagements to help identify or validate areas in which a client has request help.
